T he organic EVO oil DOP Molise 'Corale', takes its name from the majestic collection of 389 Chorales, harmonised by J. S. Bach, the ultimate expression of harmonic balance in its simple refinement.

An iconic work, as our oil wants to be, of skilful use of raw material, of meticulous balancing of voices, to be savoured with careful dedication.

The name is short, but the story is long.

Rooted in the history of the Mancini D'Alessandro family, the Extra Virgin Olive Oil 'Corale', organic and DOP, is intended to be an emotional journey that starts from southern Italy, from the earth and wood, from the vibrations of centuries-old trees gently caressed by the uncontaminated air of the Molise hills, and that perhaps, hundreds of years ago, also encountered the sound of these choruses so perfectly balanced and so memorable, that they could do nothing but remain imprinted in their memory, making this memory become the fruit of their roots.
